Description:

This is a supportive and corrective Kinesio taping method for heel and calf pain relief caused by repetitive foot bending and overload, usually after running, jumping, or kicking. This overload results in pain and inflammation on the outside of the heel and Achilles tendon. This method helps eliminate the effort of calf muscles, improve ankle stability, and keep the proper posture of the ankle, which is necessary for reducing swelling and pain around it. This supportive method is also widely used during sports activities such as football, basketball, or tennis.
